Fly Guys did an amazing job on our roof and skylight replacement. I was amazed when they showed up with a crew of 21 guys to finish the job in a day. Notably, they did a full teardown and replacement on 3 roofs on our property. There was only one setback that they communicated quickly and addressed to keep the job in motion. Fly guys was absolutely incredible!! Got us in right away on their schedule while other companies had 4+ week wait lists. They did the entire roof in ONE DAY. (We have a two story 2470 square ft 4 bedroom home) It was so impressive. They were very upfront and straightforward on pricing, reasons and explanations for different options or roofs, and worked within our budget. We also showed them other estimates we got from other companies to compare and they caught hidden prices in those that we did not and he was sure to be completely transparent in prices for theirs. (Example: cost of repairing/removing any plywood sheets was not included in the other estimates but would be charged as an "as needed additional purchases" listing in those companies estimates) Fly guy does not hide costs and is very informative of addition charges or expectations.As this awesome crew did the roof, we got picture updates throughout and phone calls explaining the pictures and process, as well as updates on costs for any plywood replacement/repair as they went. I cannot recommend them enough.They also had a huge selection of shingle colors and we were able to swap our old brown roof that didn't match the house AT ALL to a beautiful black one that really makes the house look as beautiful as the sturdy new roof! Did an interview with this guy named Austin and he was NUTS. Totally shady, paranoid guy and easily angered guy. Not sure whats going on with this place, but red flags everywhere.
Fly Guys did a complete tear-off including the plywood sheathing. They replaced old insulation with new, installed new CDX plywood, fixed ventilation issues and installed SmartVents and much more! The crew arrived at 7:00am and the job was completed at 7:00pm. Workmanship was outstanding and clean up at the end impeccable. I highly recommend Fly Guys for quality and pricing. We are very pleased with the job they did on our home!
A delight to work with. They took care of our roof while we were on vacation so we came back to our house looking better than ever.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful. They had good suggestions on color selection and took the time to keep me informed. On the day of the job, the large crew was delayed by the ferry running late due to fog. They had to start the project a little later than expected. The crew was well organized, nice and very careful of my property. They had to give up their return ferry reservations, so they could finish my roof on time. The workmanship of the new roof is very good, and the new color really looks good too. We are very happy with the whole experience.
We were very pleased with the Fly Guys crew. This was a roof replacement of two buildings -- a two-story residence and a two-story studio apartment above a garage -- both with dormer windows to complicated matters. The crew arrived at 7:30am worked all day and completed before 6pm. The site was cleaned of all debris, and the job looks great.

Had an excellent experience with Fly Guys and appreciate the great customer service. Kendall and Megan were both very responsive to scheduling and questions I had. Crew was able to do the job in one day and it looks great.Quote and contract better and more straight forward than the other two I got.I was referred by a contractor friend and would refer them to anyone asking.The one thing I paused on was the shorter warranty but what does it really matter when they are all using basically the same materials.
When I was left in a difficult situation with my first roofing contractor failing to purchase the materials and complete the job, Fly Guys flew in to save the day. I had been without a roof for over two months, April -May. They completed my four buildings in a day. It was incredible and they did a magnificent job. The crew roofing my house the day of took care to keep my landscaping from damage, and did a terrific job with the clean up. Replacing a roof is dirty business and when they left, my house and grounds looked great. The roofing was a fast process, a one day job.
